IT Staffing Services:
Direct Hire
Direct hire is the ideal solution for companies that need technical resources but may lack the recruiting expertise or resources to attract ideal candidates. LinkEdge performs the entire recruiting and screening process and charges the client a one-time hiring fee (a percentage of the new employee’s annual compensation) and a guarantee provision should the candidate not work out.
Contract-to-Hire / Temp-to-Hire
This is a very popular, risk-free way for a client to hire employees. LinkEdge will provide the technical professional to the client as a consultant for an hourly bill rate. At any point, the client has the option to directly hire the consultant. The conversion fee charged by LinkEdge will depend upon the length of time the consultant stays billable to the client as an employee of LinkEdge. This option is gives the company the ability to monitor the work performance of a consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment.
Consulting / Contract Services
Consulting and Contract Services are a perfect solution for companies that experience frequent fluctuation in the need for technical resources. As projects begin to ramp up, LinkEdge can offer to supplement the necessary technical resources to complete the job. Technical professionals (consultants) are provided for an hourly bill rate for a contract period required by the client. LinkEdge will manage all the paperwork, payroll and HR functions with the consultant.

LinkEdge's Account Managers responsibilities include consistently evaluating the performance of all our consultants and the quality and consistency of services. To ensure that our business processes are being adhered to, the LinkEdge Account Managers :
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with consultants by acting as liaison between LinkEdge and the client. Provide support to consultants by resolving routine service and administrative issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from consultants, providing explanations and supporting documentation as necessary.
  • Perform basic research to resolve issues on behalf of consultants and proactively take steps to improve consultant retention.
Post Placement Assurance
LinkEdge maintains strict adherence to policies and procedures to monitor the on-going progress of consultants after they have started an engagement. From the time a consultant is assigned to a client, the Account Manager stays in contact with the client and the consultant to ensure that expectations are being met on both sides.
Service Guarantee
LinkEdge guarantees the performance of all consultants we provide to our clients. If our consultant fails to meet our client's requirements or expectations in the first two weeks of the engagement, we try our best to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
